Heading south on the lookout for somewhere to spend tonight we had to stop several times to shoo reindeer off the road. Apparently the road offers them some respite from the mossies.

We stopped and waited for a small group of reindeer to amble off the road and were about to move off when this chap decided to play chicken by running across in front of us!
