On our way back to Kiki we spotted this unusual (and surprisingly common) net rubbish bin for cyclists. Quite a good idea as you wouldn't want to slow down at all!
Later we went for a walk around Paterswoldsemeer lake - these boathouses looked useful for all the rain that falls in the NL.
A very shiny lighthouse which seems rather a long way inland to be effective. Perhaps, at one time, it was by the sea?
