After a leisurely start this morning we headed south to Haren where, after waiting 1/2hr for another MH to leave, we are parked next to the large lake of Paterswoldsemeer. After coffee (and some chocolate) we got our bikes out and set of in search of Hortus Haren.
Not sure if they make chains or if the building is into some form of bondage...?
One of the unusual half thatch, half tiled buildings which seem quite popular in this area.
Oh dear there's more than one!
And there's a street named after Emma too :-)
