Castle at Oberhofen on Thundersee

Today we drove along the North shores of Brienzersee and Thundersee stopping en-route at Brienz and at Oberhofen to see this castle on the edge of the lake.

All the lakeside parking places have signs saying no camping so we decided to stay the night on a site at Spiez on the South shore on Thundersee. The view of the Alps is stunning and as an extra bonus we have free Internet tonight!
